We have completed the pavement works in Żerański Park
In Warsaw’s Białołęka district, over 13 hectares of post-industrial land have been transformed into a recreational space with a riverside promenade, playground, rope park, piers, and pedestrian and bicycle paths.
Our company was responsible for constructing the surfaces of cycling paths and a service road using a two-layer asphalt technology. This was an unusual project – in addition to the standard black binding layer, we laid a beige-colored wearing course.
The recipe for the light asphalt mix was created for almost a year in our laboratory. Thanks to carefully selected components – dolomite aggregate, pigments, and a specialized binder – we achieved a surface with high durability, resistance and a unique appearance, perfectly suited to the modern, green landscape along the Żerański Canal.
