Pascal Minault is a graduate of École Polytechnique, École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées and the Collège des Ingénieurs.

He joined Bouygues Construction in 1986 and progressed through various roles within the Group, including public works, building construction and real estate development, in France and internationally, where he was based for over 15 years (Hong Kong, the United Kingdom, Switzerland).

From February 2019 to February 2021, Pascal Minault served as Chairman of Bouygues Immobilier.

In August 2021, Pascal Minault was appointed Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Bouygues Construction.

In February 2024, he was appointed Chairman of Bouygues Immobilier.
