Stéphane Stoll
Stéphane Stoll joined the Bouygues group in 1994 and began his career at Bouygues SA as a special advisor to the Construction Chief Executive Officer, before spending five years within the Group’s internal audit teams.
In 2002, he joined Bouygues Energies & Services (then ETDE) to contribute to the development of Facility Management activities, first in financial roles and later in operational positions.
He became Secretary General of Bouygues Energies & Services in 2010, then Deputy Chief Executive Officer in charge of Development, Innovation and Digital Transformation in 2017.
Following the acquisition in summer 2018 of Alpiq’s Energies & Services activities, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Kraftanlagen in Germany. He led its integration and reorganization for three years.
In 2021, he took charge of the Energies & Industry activities of Bouygues Energies & Services.
In January 2023, he joined Equans, where he led the Central Europe – Data Centers – Solar & Storage Energies activities until July 2025.
Stéphane Stoll was appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of the Bouygues group, effective August 1, 2025, and joined the Executive Management Committee.
