Graduate of the Poznań University of Technology in the field of Civil Engineering and postgraduate studies at the University of Rennes in France in the field of Management.

He began his professional career in 1998, working for companies such as NCC, Eurovia, and Lafarge. From 2015 to 2018, he was the Director of the Project Management Office at TORPOL S.A., and then until 2022 as the Director of the Infrastructure Maintenance Division and a Member of the Management Board of FBSerwis S.A., BUDIMEX Group. 

Since 2023, he has been associated with the COLAS Group in Poland on the position of the Chief Operating Officer and a Member of the Management Board of COLAS Polska Sp. z o.o. and COLAS Kruszywa Sp. z o.o.
