After completing her engineering studies in computer science, Vanessa Ranaivoharison began her career at Essilor in the IT infrastructure department. In 2012, she became Head of Digital and Cloud Strategy and Deployment, including HRIS and SAP SuccessFactors. In 2017, she took over IT responsibility for the Innovation and R&D business unit.

In 2019, she joined Valeo as Chief Information Officer. There, she oversaw user experience, operations and development, as well as the Data and AI Cloud platform, and led several major transformations, including the rollout of the digital identity for frontline workers during the COVID crisis.

Since autumn 2023, she has been Global IT Solutions Director and IT Director for Colas France and the Indian Ocean (DGF-DOMOI) within the Colas Group.

Effective May 1, 2026, Vanessa Ranaivoharison is appointed Chief Digital Transformation Officer of the Colas Group.
