We do everything to meet the growing expectations of our customers and to be one step ahead of the competition. Customer and market requirements in terms of road safety, environmental protection and cost reduction are constantly growing.
Both companies Colas Polska and Colas Kruszywa have their own specialized laboratories testing our products to ensure they meet legal requirements and ensure the highest quality.
Laboratories of Colas Polska
COLAS Polska Sp. z o.o. road laboratories are located throughout the country and operate at all company branches.
All of the following tests are carried out in accordance with the requirements of applicable standards and technical conditions.
They also meet all the requirements of the Factory Production Control, which is confirmed by appropriate certificates.
The laboratories are equipped with the necessary equipment to carry out tests according to the requirements of standards applicable in road construction.
Laboratories of Colas Kruszywa
We constantly monitor the quality of the aggregates we produce. The COLAS Kruszywa laboratory is located at the Winna Góra quarry.
It conducts tests of basalt aggregates from Winna Góra and granite from Rogoźnica.
We perform the following tests:
- grain composition determination,
- grain shape determination,
- sand index test,
- methylene blue test,
- fine aggregate flow test,
- Los Angeles (LA) crushing resistance test.
The technological process and the work of laboratory technicians are subject to continuous control in accordance with the requirements of the certified factory production control system (ZKP) at COLAS Kruszywa.
