In the performance of his duties, the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer is supported by two management bodies:

• a Strategy Committee, which approves all major decisions at Group level
• a General Management Committee, which ensures coordination between the head office and the subsidiaries in accordance with the Group's decentralized model
