Mathieu Palynyczak graduated in general engineering from EPF – Ecole d’Ingenieur-e-s in France and has worked in financial auditing and advisory since 2007 in France as well as in Poland. 

Before joining Colas group, Mathieu Palynyczak has served as CFO in a real estate industry in Poland. 

Mathieu joined Colas group in Poland in 2022 where he was appointed CFO and Board Member for Colas Polska Sp. z o.o. and Colas Kruszywa Sp. z o.o.
