Sébastien Picaut is a highly experienced civil engineer with a distinguished career spanning over 30 years in civil works. 

Graduating from ESTP Paris, he further enhanced his expertise by earning an MBA from ESCP Europe. Throughout his career, he has gained extensive international experience in Europe, America, and Asia, where he has held various operational and management positions. 

Since 2018, Sebastien Picaut has served as the CEO of Colas Polska and Colas Kruszywa, leading the companies growth in the Polish road sector.
